Dr. Ioannis Aslanides is the Founder and CEO of eyeRadar, bringing over 30 years of expertise in ophthalmology and eye-tracking technology. He holds an MD and PhD from Cornell Medical College in New York and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (F.R.C.Ophth). With an MBA and extensive experience as a surgeon ophthalmologist, Dr. Aslanides founded eyeRadar in 2009, driven by his personal mission to help children with reading difficulties after his own son's late dyslexia diagnosis. He is Clinical Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medical College, has over 300 scientific publications, and has pioneered the development of AI-powered eye-tracking assessment tools. Under his leadership, eyeRadar has grown from a research concept into a patented, scientifically validated platform transforming dyslexia detection worldwide.

Vassilis Andreadakis serves as Chief Executive Officer at eyeRadar, where he leads the company's strategic vision and operational execution. He holds an MSc in Communications Engineering from the University of York and has been integral to the eyeRadar team since its early research phases. With deep expertise in technology implementation and clinical research, Vassilis has co-authored multiple peer-reviewed publications on eye-tracking and dyslexia screening. He played a key role in conducting international research studies in the UK and managing large-scale screening programs involving thousands of students. His technical leadership and commitment to making reading assessments accessible have been instrumental in transforming eyeRadar from a research project into a scalable, market-ready solution.

George Achillias is the Chief Financial Officer of eyeRadar, bringing over 23 years of leadership experience across operations, finance, and digital transformation. He holds a degree in Nuclear Physics, an MBA from Bentley University, and is a PhD candidate at the Technical University of Crete researching Smart Cities and Digital Twins. George's career spans senior roles at Cognizant, Wipro, and Dentsu, where he successfully scaled organizations from $500K to $1 billion in revenue within three years. As a published author and recognized expert in operational excellence and data-driven value creation, George provides eyeRadar with strategic financial guidance, investor relations expertise, and the discipline needed to scale a health-tech startup into a global enterprise.

John Pavlidis serves as Senior Advisor to eyeRadar, bringing 30+ years of medical device industry experience and a proven track record in scaling health technology companies. He holds an MS in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. John previously served as President and CEO of R2 Technology (computer-aided detection for breast cancer, acquired by Hologic for $225M) and President of Siemens Ultrasound worldwide, where he grew the business to $1 billion in revenue. Currently CEO of EosDx Inc., John has successfully led three health-tech startups and brings invaluable expertise in medical imaging, AI diagnostics, regulatory pathways, and commercialization strategies to guide eyeRadar's growth trajectory.

Vasileios Selimis is the Chief Operating Officer of eyeRadar and a leading eye-tracking specialist. He holds an MPhil in Information Engineering from City University of London and has extensive experience in healthcare technology and clinical research. Vasileios has been a core member of the eyeRadar team since its inception, co-authoring over 24 scientific publications on eye-tracking technology, corneal surgery, and reading assessment. His expertise spans ophthalmology, technical troubleshooting, and operational management, ensuring the seamless delivery of eyeRadar's platform to schools, clinics, and research institutions. Vasileios's dedication to precision and his deep understanding of eye-tracking systems have been crucial in developing the robust, clinically validated technology that powers eyeRadar's assessment capabilities.
